Cancellation / Prepayment

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type and the website on which you made your booking. If booking online, please pay particular attention to the Cancellation Policy as published on the website where you book. Different websites have different interpretations of Cancellation Policies and in some cases this may result in NO REFUND. If you are in any doubt, please call us and BOOK DIRECT on (02) 6543 1188.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Children

All Children (aged 2yrs to 12yrs) are required to sleep a dedicated bed. Use of bedding not included in the room rate selected is subject to an additional laundry fee of $15.00 per extra bed used and may be charged to your credit card anytime after checkout. Children under 2yrs of age (Infants) may stay in existing bedding at no additional charge. Please note the property does not hire Cots for Infants and some rooms will not have sufficient room for a Cot.

Visa Card & Mastercard are our preferred forms of payment, however we also accept EFTPOS, Apple Pay, Cash & American Express Cards. The Hermitage Motel, Muswellbrook reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
